About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve in various musical theatre roles including Production Music Director, Classroom Collaborative Pianist, and Audition Coach
- Provide audition piano support for students and faculty
- Act as a substitute instructor or musician within the musical theatre department as needed
- Support the training and education of students preparing for professional performing arts industries
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of university-level instruction and/or professional piano and musical theatre experience
- Proven experience as a musical theatre pianist, music director, vocal coach, or audition coach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Musical Theatre, or a related professional field
- Strong sight-reading skills
