About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction for LAW 2276, an introductory course covering legal issues, ethical constraints, and contract and tort law within a business context.
- Familiarize students with foundational legal concepts and specific laws that regulate and affect business activity.
- Emphasize the importance of a working understanding of law as a component of business strategy rather than just a matter of compliance.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or higher, such as a JD or another closely related professional qualification.
- Significant relevant professional experience in the field of law or business law.
- Legal eligibility for employment in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary teaching experience.
