About the role

Responsibilities

  • Co-teach undergraduate courses including BIO 215 Human Anatomy and Physiology I and/or ENV 105 Introduction to Natural Resources.
  • Plan, develop, and execute course curriculum and assessments aligned with departmental learning outcomes and textbooks.
  • Host regular office hours and meet with students to provide academic support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in course delivery and student success.
  • Potential opportunities to teach BIO 216 Human Anatomy and Physiology II or BIO 101 Introduction to Biology in future semesters.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven teaching experience.
  • Must provide official transcripts as a condition of employment.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship is not provided).
  • Ability to teach in-person on Doane’s residential campus in Crete, Nebraska.
