Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction to undergraduate students in assigned academic departments
• Engage students actively in the classroom using evidence-based, student-centered teaching methods
• Contribute to an inclusive and diverse classroom environment
• Support the college's mission of liberal arts education and social equality

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master's degree in the relevant field of study
• Strong commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education
• Proven ability to actively engage and support undergraduate students
• Experience working within a diverse community of students and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous college-level teaching experience
