Responsibilities

  • Instruct Acting for the Musical Stage courses
  • Co-teach courses alongside a pianist/music director
  • Provide potential substitute teaching in this area
  • Maintain professional standards in training and educating students for the performing arts industries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of university level instruction and/or professional musical theatre experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the musical theatre canon across eras and performance practices
  • Demonstrated experience teaching acting and acting in musical theatre

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Musical Theatre, or related professional experience
