Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Support pre-licensure nursing students in a clinical setting
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Nursing and Practice
• Facilitate clinical learning experiences and student development
• Complete any onboarding processes required by clinical partners

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted North Carolina RN license
• Two years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to one day per week (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) for the duration of one semester

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution
• Previous experience teaching pre-licensure nursing students in a clinical setting
