Responsibilities
- Attend all class sessions, assist with instruction, lead breakout sessions, and facilitate discussions
- Evaluate and grade student work and assessments as requested by the course Lecturer
- Monitor and address student concerns and inquiries
Requirements
- Graduate degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Knowledge of databases, Big Data topics, and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- 3+ years of related applied professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MapReduce and Spark
- Experience with R, Python, or Tableau
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts
- Previous university teaching experience
