Adjunct Assistant Professor - Behavior Analysis Program

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level ABA courses during evening sessions (typically 4:30–9:30 PM)
• Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with BACB 2027 standards
• Provide timely feedback on assignments and applied projects
• Mentor students in professional development and fieldwork integration
• Collaborate with program leadership on curriculum refinement
• Maintain compliance with BACB and university standards

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience supervising trainees pursuing BCBA certification
• Strong knowledge of the 2022 BACB Ethics Code and 2027 coursework requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• BCBA-D certification
• NYS LBA (or eligibility)
• Clinical experience across school, home, or community settings
• Experience with research mentorship or publication
• Background in supervision training and ethical practice
