About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach graduate-level ABA courses during evening sessions (typically 4:30–9:30 PM)
- Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with BACB 2027 standards
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and applied projects
- Mentor students in professional development and fieldwork integration
- Collaborate with program leadership on curriculum refinement
- Maintain compliance with BACB and university standards
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience supervising trainees pursuing BCBA certification
- Strong knowledge of the 2022 BACB Ethics Code and 2027 coursework requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- BCBA-D certification
- NYS LBA (or eligibility)
- Clinical experience across school, home, or community settings
- Experience with research mentorship or publication
- Background in supervision training and ethical practice
