Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Agency Manager to process construction phase files
• Supervise Site Managers in the execution of their projects
• Manage financial operations including management control, turnover validation, and invoicing
• Validate and/or draft DOE, feedback reports, and company liability documents
• Manage and monitor supplies regarding quality, quantity, price, and deadlines
• Develop partnerships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage equipment fleets and site safety
• Monitor claims and contractual guarantees

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or Heavy Construction (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and rigor
