Adhesive Application Engineering Manager CCM

Responsibilities

• Lead the CCM (compact camera module) application engineering team
• Provide application analysis and new product validation
• Troubleshoot CCM related adhesive solutions through collaboration with regional/global teams and customers
• Technically lead developmental and commercialization of products by optimizing application processes
• Solve technology-specific fundamental problems using novel approaches to application process development and material characterization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer science, Material Science or related engineering field
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in chemical or CCM industry for adhesives & sealants
• Good understanding of Korean CCM customers and technical requirements
• Fluency in Korean and intermediate English proficiency
• Strong data analysis, time management, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multi-task assignments
