Additive Manufacturing Technician I

Responsibilities

• Support machine setup and operation for metal and polymer additive manufacturing systems
• Perform basic post-processing tasks including support removal and media blasting
• Monitor and record process control information and machine parameters
• Log data accurately in ERP/MES systems
• Follow work orders, specifications, and quality management system documentation
• Assist with general machine maintenance, cleaning, and workspace organization
• Support supply organization and inventory control activities
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and a safety-first culture

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Sharp attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must meet ITAR requirements (US Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to manufacturing or 3D printing
• Technical training or hands-on mechanical work experience
