About the role
Responsibilities
- Support machine setup and operation for metal and polymer additive manufacturing systems
- Perform basic post-processing tasks including support removal and media blasting
- Monitor and record process control information and machine parameters
- Log data accurately in ERP/MES systems
- Follow work orders, specifications, and quality management system documentation
- Assist with general machine maintenance, cleaning, and workspace organization
- Support supply organization and inventory control activities
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and a safety-first culture
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach regularly
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must meet ITAR requirements (US Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual)
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to manufacturing or 3D printing
- Technical training or hands-on mechanical work experience
