Additive Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and monitor machinery such as wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, and bandsaws
• Handle metal powders and perform post-processing including depowering, precision cleaning, support removal, and surface finishing
• Participate in process improvement efforts to streamline operations for mass production
• Ensure availability of powders, tools, and equipment for builds
• Assist with visual inspection and shipment of final parts

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing process support or precision deburring of machined parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating complex equipment
• Skills in manual machining, welding, cutting, fitting, or bending of stainless steels, aluminums, and high-strength nickel alloys
• Ability to utilize power tools, hand tools, cranes, and forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Safety-conscious mindset
