Additive Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D print jobs by slicing parts and optimally configuring machines
• Orient complex components and create documentation for series projects
• Start and monitor print jobs to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot standard machine errors and escalate to specialists when needed
• Load printers and maintain material supplies
• Remove printed parts and perform initial post-processing
• Develop and optimize post-processing workflows based on customer requirements

Requirements

• Technical training or practical production experience
• Enthusiasm for 3D printing; familiarity with Magics or Fusion 360 is advantageous
• Reliable, conscientious, and quality-focused attitude
• Physical stamina for handling materials and operating machinery
