About the role
Responsibilities
- Insert and update orders in the company management software
- Monitor order progress and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics regarding availability and shipments
- Manage communications with customers and suppliers via email
- Provide administrative support to the sales department including issuing transport documents
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, and email management
- Precision, methodical approach, and deadline orientation
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Previous experience in back office or order management roles is a plus
