About the role

Responsibilities

  • Register and manage supplier invoices
  • Reconcile daily bank movements
  • Post general ledger and adjustment entries
  • Review and manage employee expense reports
  • Maintain customer and supplier master data in the ERP system
  • Reconcile and account for corporate credit card transactions
  • Support monthly reporting for the Financial Controller
  • Assist with administrative compliance and documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, administration, or related field
  • Good knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Interest in SAP, Matisse, and document workflow tools
  • Good written and spoken Italian and English
  • Precision, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
