About the role
Responsibilities
- Register and manage supplier invoices
- Reconcile daily bank movements
- Post general ledger and adjustment entries
- Review and manage employee expense reports
- Maintain customer and supplier master data in the ERP system
- Reconcile and account for corporate credit card transactions
- Support monthly reporting for the Financial Controller
- Assist with administrative compliance and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in economics, administration, or related field
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Interest in SAP, Matisse, and document workflow tools
- Good written and spoken Italian and English
- Precision, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
