Responsibilities

• Manage guest luggage arrival and departure with efficiency and care
• Assist guests with specific requests, including room deliveries and moving light furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas to support the housekeeping team
• Transport and replenish linens, amenities, and consumables to floor service offices
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of company tools and equipment
• Work in synergy with other departments to anticipate guest needs

Requirements

• Fluent Italian
• Basic English level
• Passion for service and professional ambition
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Physical stamina for lifting and transporting items
