Responsibilities

• Offer high-quality service to HoReCa customers
• Support the Department Head in executing department activities
• Contribute to economic and management goals through correct task management
• Collaborate with the Front End sales team to satisfy customer needs
• Ensure application of METRO commercial strategies in the local market
• Support the Department Head in controlling provider activities, including processing and goods movement
• Assist in managing returns, complaints, and food service operational processes

Requirements

• Strong customer and market orientation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel
• Knowledge of the meat product category
• Propensity for teamwork and problem solving
