Responsibilities
- Support the Department Head in managing the reference area to increase sales and improve economic results
- Set up the department to showcase products tailored for professional clientele
- Perform shelf replenishment following company logic
- Serve customers directly at the counter (for Fish and Meat departments)
- Provide customer service to HO.RE.CA clients within the fresh food departments
Requirements
- Strong customer and market orientation
- Result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team and manage stress
- Availability to work on shifts
- Valid B driving license
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific sector training will be provided (Safety, HACCP, product training, internal procedures)
- Previous experience is not required
