ADC Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Support AWS Storage and Data services engineering and operations through region and feature builds
• Manage and monitor system health and status to ensure operational stability
• Provision devices, assist with data ingestion, and perform device cleaning
• Troubleshoot complex device, network, and configuration-related issues
• Identify, document, and communicate engineering and operations recommendations to the team
• Write and disseminate after-action reports to capture key events and future mitigation plans
• Provide on-call support for critical services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
• 1+ years of Linux systems administration and/or development experience
• 1+ years of technical support experience
• 1+ years of networking and troubleshooting experience
• Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems at scale
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services
• Experience with systems administration on Linux/UNIX or Windows operating systems
