ADC Development: Organic and Conjugation Chemist

Responsibilities

• Design, synthesize, purify, and characterize novel organic linkers, peptides, and payloads for antibody drug conjugates (ADCs)
• Perform design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of antibody drug conjugates for therapeutic discovery
• Review, analyze, and interpret scientific data and results
• Provide regular updates, documentation, and communication regarding project results

Requirements

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or Medicinal Chemistry
• Master's degree with 3 years of laboratory experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of laboratory experience
• Proficiency in NMR and MS techniques for structural determination
• Proficiency in chromatography methods including HPLC, RP HPLC, ion exchange, and SEC

Preferred Qualifications

• Postdoc or 2 years of synthetic chemistry experience
• Experience in the synthesis and purification of ADC linkers and payloads
• Experience in bioconjugation processes
• Experience with peptide synthesis and purification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a large, diverse team of scientists and engineers
