ADAS Performance Responsible

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for ADAS feature performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct studies of current norms and technical regulations applicable to ADAS features
• Write performance requirements based on current standards and project needs
• Manage technical requirements continuously throughout the development cycle
• Develop performance test procedures to validate functionalities
• Perform subjective testing to evaluate ADAS behavior and refinement from a user perspective
• Ensure feature performance meets established quality KPIs
• Document technical performance requirements, test plans, and subjective evaluation reports
• Maintain regulatory compliance matrices

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
• Advanced English proficiency for conducting technical meetings with suppliers
• Mastery of ADAS standards (Euro NCAP, ISO)
• Experience in requirements writing and vehicle testing protocols
• Proficiency in Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for short-term business travel
