Ad Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners including DSPs, SSPs, resellers, and data vendors
• Support contract negotiations and deal structuring for programmatic and reseller agreements
• Lead day-to-day programmatic trafficking within SSP platforms, including deal setup and floor pricing
• Act as a technical and account management resource for the direct sales team
• Partner with Ad Operations to support deals through the implementation process in the ad server
• Monitor and analyze ad partner performance metrics to optimize performance
• Provide regular reporting on partner performance, revenue growth, and operational health

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising
• Hands-on experience in SSP trafficking and campaign/deal management
• Strong technical understanding of programmatic infrastructure (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers)
• Experience with CTV and premium video inventory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort using AI tools for data analysis and reporting
