Ad Operations Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LINE Ad, DV360, and LinkedIn
• Support regional markets, specifically Thailand and Japan, in collaboration with the Account Strategy team
• Monitor ad performance and proactively identify risks to campaign delivery
• Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and ad delivery errors
• Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Verify correct implementation of campaign pixels and conversion tracking on client websites
• Stay updated on industry trends and ad platform updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations, preferably with performance campaigns
• Experience managing regional online advertising campaigns and performing complex analysis
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of display, video, social, and search advertising (SEM, Tag management, etc.)
• Logical reasoning and numerical ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience with measurement tools like Campaign Manager, Sizmek, or Appsflyer
