Ad Operations - Mobile Performance

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage Mobile Performance campaign KPIs throughout the entire execution lifecycle
• Execute campaigns focusing on KPIs, fraud hygiene, and P&L using mobile app attribution platforms
• Manage campaign delivery across premium supply channels including OEM, Programmatic, and Direct Apps
• Analyze campaign data and implement optimizations to meet specific advertiser goals
• Act as the primary point of contact between supply, sales, and data operations teams
• Generate detailed reports and share actionable insights to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in executing Mobile Performance campaigns
• In-depth expertise with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) such as Appsflyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, or Singular
• Strong understanding of the user acquisition lifecycle via In-App marketing
• Proven experience with mobile user acquisition and re-engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with premium supply channels like OEM, P2P Sharing Apps, and Keyboard Apps
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, React.js, Python, and AI/ML processing APIs
