About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of advertising campaigns with a focus on contextual targeting capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies and clients to implement campaigns following sales closures.
- Coordinate with media owners and OOH specialists to ensure inventory availability and correct execution.
- Manage essential campaign documentation, including budgets, purchase orders, technical specifications, and creative assets.
- Monitor the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring accurate data reconciliation for billing and payment management.
- Support the sales team by analyzing results and presenting post-campaign reports against established KPIs.
- Manage operational tools including Financial ERP, proprietary ad manager technology, and Jira.
- Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to ensure technical alignment across time zones.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ad operations, account management, or technical campaign management within digital media or AdTech.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, contextual, and measurement.
- Technical proficiency in managing integrations and working alongside engineering or product teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and reporting.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Highly organized and autonomous with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the OOH (Out-of-Home) or DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising sectors.
- Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with the MENA OOH/DOOH media landscape and local publishers.
