Ad Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from client onboarding to reporting and invoicing
• QC media plan setup, process ad trafficking requests, and generate/test ad tags
• Maintain regular communication with clients to manage content/creative requirements
• Work closely with Sales, Tech, Design, and Finance teams for smooth execution
• Implement ad tracking codes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper ad serving
• Provide campaign performance reports and manage the invoicing process

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant ad ops experience, preferably with a news publisher
• Proficiency in Google Ad Manager (DFP)
