About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational execution of digital monetization across web, mobile, CTV/OTT, and social platforms.
- Handle GAM trafficking, line item setup, and Prebid troubleshooting to ensure optimal header bidding performance.
- Optimize floor prices by geography, device, and format to maximize yield and revenue.
- Validate SDK integrations for mobile apps and maintain mediation waterfall hygiene.
- Configure and manage ad pods and SSAI integrations for CTV/OTT/FAST advertising.
- Execute partner onboarding for SSPs and monitor daily performance to block low-quality demand.
- Manage social media monetization, ensuring policy compliance and tracking revenue payouts.
- Monitor revenue trends and collaborate with commercial teams to meet forecasted targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ad ops, programmatic advertising, or digital monetization.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAM, SSPs, and DSPs (such as DV360 or The Trade Desk).
- Proficiency with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience managing ad-tech partners like Teads, Magnite, PubMatic, or SpringServe.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Looker, or Data Studio.
- Background in CTV/FAST advertising models is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset to translate operations into revenue opportunities.
