AD/ADAS Development Strategy Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-model adoption strategies for next-generation driving assistance and preventive safety functions, such as ProPILOT, to achieve Nissan's AIDV goals.
• Collaborate with advanced development departments to create functional concepts for next-generation systems.
• Consult with product planning departments to formulate and propose cross-model adoption strategies within the company.
• Work within a diverse, fast-paced environment alongside industry experts to drive technical planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing development or product planning.
• Proven experience in team management, including leading multiple members.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional email communication and documentation (TOEIC 600+).
• Ability to work proactively, adapt to environmental changes, and drive continuous improvement through PDCA cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within the automotive industry.
• Experience in development or product planning related to automotive systems.
• Higher English proficiency (TOEIC 730+).
• Experience in external communication and stakeholder management.
