Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager - RN

Responsibilities

• Manage the tactical execution of acute dialysis services, including staffing, costs, and operational objectives.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and development for inpatient clinical and technical staff.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient scheduling across all contracted hospital facilities.
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with hospital regulations and agencies such as TJC, CMS, and OSHA.
• Oversee the provision of dialysis and related services, including hemoperfusion, apheresis, and CRRT.
• Monitor medical supply inventory, personnel costs, and departmental profit and loss statements.
• Collaborate with facility representatives to resolve customer service issues and technical problems.
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and timely billing for services performed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 3-5 years of related clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced nursing degree.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience.
