Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager - RN

Responsibilities

• Manage the tactical execution of acute dialysis services, including short- and long-term objectives, staffing, and cost management.
• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and coaching to inpatient staff, including hiring, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure proper staffing and efficient patient scheduling across all contracted hospital facilities.
• Maintain survey readiness for internal and external agency surveys (TJC, CMS, OSHA) and collaborate with facility representatives to resolve issues.
• Oversee clinical documentation, billing accuracy, and the provision of specialized services such as CRRT, apheresis, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Monitor medical supply inventory, personnel costs, and accounts payable to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure preventative maintenance of machines and infection control compliance.
• Perform clinical treatments as necessary during high census or staffing shortages, if appropriately licensed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current state nursing licensure.
• 3-5 years of related clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced nursing degree.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience.
