Acupuncturist

Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments to guests
• Conduct patient consultations to inform and educate clients about specific concerns
• Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain accurate medical records
• Recommend acupuncture treatments and provide outstanding guest service
• Perform public speaking on Traditional Chinese Medicine topics to educate guests
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Build friendly relations with the spa team and follow up with clients to ensure results

Requirements

• Valid US state license and/or NCCAOM certification (or educationally equivalent international qualification)
• Minimum of 2,000 hours of classroom and clinical study in acupuncture
• Fluency in English
• Valid passport
• Ability to pass a maritime medical exam and be declared fit to work
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
