About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer high-quality acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments to guests
- Conduct patient consultations to educate clients on specific health concerns
- Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain accurate medical records
- Recommend acupuncture treatments and provide outstanding guest service
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company protocols and regulations
- Present Traditional Chinese Medicine topics through public speaking or seminars
Requirements
- Valid US state license and/or NCCAOM certification (or educationally equivalent international qualification)
- Minimum of 2,000 hours of classroom and clinical study in acupuncture
- Fluency in English
- Valid passport
- Ability to pass a maritime medical exam and be declared fit to work
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
