About the Company

Aligned Modern Health (AMH) is creating a new standard of healthcare. As the largest evidence-based holistic medicine practice in the Midwest, we operate 16 clinics across Chicago with a rapidly expanding telehealth practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments using strong palpation skills
• Adapt treatments to meet individual patient needs using an evidence-based approach
• Manage timely documentation of patient chart notes
• Work collaboratively in an integrative setting alongside chiropractors, functional medicine practitioners, and massage therapists

Requirements

• Current NCCAOM Acupuncture Board Certification
• Active Illinois Acupuncturist license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong palpation and acupuncture skills
• Ability to maintain timely clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years post-licensure professional clinical experience
• Current NCCAOM OM Board Certification
