Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pricing models for new professional and general liability products
• Work cross-functionally with Insurance & Tech Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Decision Engine teams
• Drive professional lines product related initiatives and lead pricing projects from inception to implementation
• Analyze product performance and recommend actions to leadership using existing rate plans and forecasting tools
• Propose and implement changes to Cyber and Tech E&O rate plans and rating rules
• Collaborate with the Cyber Research team to identify and analyze potential new features for production risk models
• Coach individuals and managers on actuarial analytics and cyber pricing

Requirements

• Experience analyzing profitability of developing personal and/or commercial lines products
• Experience evaluating portfolio profitability using actuarial techniques
• Proven track record of leading pricing projects from end to end
• ACAS or FCAS designation
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL
• Experience with Python and/or R
• Ability to translate complex insurance analysis into actionable strategies for senior leadership
