Actuary - Inforce Management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of inforce management initiatives to drive profitability
• Translate actuarial analysis into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Recommend and implement rate changes balancing profitability and competitiveness
• Lead and execute experience studies to support pricing and inforce management decisions
• Manage and develop actuarial staff within the inforce pricing unit
• Provide actuarial expertise for product filings and regulatory alignment
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Product Development, Finance, Investments, and Legal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field
• ASA or FSA designation
• Minimum of 7 years of actuarial experience
• Solid financial modeling experience using actuarial software, preferably MG-ALFA
• Working knowledge of Statutory, Tax, and GAAP valuation and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills and business acumen
• Ability to pass a full background check
