Actuary and Senior Manager - Actuarial Pricing

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design actuarial tools and models to support exploration, investigation, and extrapolation for business needs
• Collaborate closely with actuaries to understand and address their specific analytical requirements
• Design dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders
• Provide training and support to team members regarding actuarial analyses, tool usage, and data management systems
• Lead the North America Actuarial Transformation team to enhance analytical capabilities within P&C insurance

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in an actuarial or analytical role within the P&C insurance industry
• High level of expertise in actuarial methodologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
