Actuarial Consultant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic actuarial missions including IFRS 17, Solvency II, annual audits, and ALM modeling
• Support clients in transforming actuarial functions through automation, data analytics, and model modernization
• Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Act as a technical expert for both internal teams and high-level client stakeholders
• Drive business development by responding to tenders and identifying new market opportunities
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through publications and industry events

Requirements

• Actuarial or Engineering degree from a top-tier institution
• 6+ years of actuarial experience, ideally within a consulting environment
• Proven expertise in IFRS 17, Solvency II, or ALM modeling (e.g., Prophet, Python, RAFM)
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex engagements
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
• Leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a collective environment

• Actuarial qualification (IA, FIA, or equivalent)
