Actuarial Associate

Responsibilities

• Support diverse actuarial consulting activities across the Asia Pacific region, including M&A, reserving analysis, and product development.
• Perform data analysis, validation, modelling, and model validation.
• Conduct market research, analysis, and risk and capital management.
• Participate in marketing efforts, including research and development, preparing publications, and assisting with client proposals and pitches.
• Deliver effective solutions to client challenges through technical expertise and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the life actuarial field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using actuarial software, specifically Prophet.
• Proven experience executing life insurance projects within the Asia Pacific region.
• Understanding of the Indian life insurance market.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong academic record and high level of numeracy.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and collaborate with people at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in languages other than English.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability to new learning environments.
