Actuarial Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and project delivery to support Milliman's growth in the Indian life insurance market
• Contribute to the strategy and direction of the local life insurance practice
• Prepare proposals, engage with clients, and manage client relationships and billing
• Build the Milliman brand through thought leadership and speaking engagements
• Execute actuarial modeling, financial reporting (including IFRS17), and mergers & acquisitions projects
• Collaborate with leaders within the Greater Asia life insurance practice

Requirements

• Significant progress towards actuarial exams or newly qualified status
• Experience in actuarial modeling, ideally using Prophet software
• Knowledge of financial reporting and insurance regulation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment
• Strong networking and business development skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with various actuarial and commonly used software tools
• Experience working with international markets and stakeholders
