Actuarial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with research and marketing projects in the Property & Casualty and Health fields
• Support regular reserving and pricing projects
• Assist with IFRS17 related projects
• Understand, operate, and modify complex spreadsheet tools
• Present results to peers, project managers, and client relationship managers
• Draft written reports and prepare internal/external correspondence
• Prepare and document project files

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Risk Management)
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office spreadsheets and database applications
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (2026) or 1-2 years of industry experience in Property & Casualty or Health fields
• Experience with research projects
• Knowledge of R, SQL, or Python
