About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of accredited CPD activities aligned to identified practice gaps.
- Define target audiences, learning objectives, and expected outcomes to improve clinician performance and patient outcomes.
- Ensure all educational content is evidence-based, clinically relevant, and incorporates adult learning principles.
- Maintain strict compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and interprofessional CE requirements.
- Manage disclosure processes to identify and mitigate financial conflicts and ensure separation from commercial influence.
- Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and planning committees to provide guidance on CME expectations and timelines.
- Oversee activity operations, including learner assessments, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, adult education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience in continuing medical education (CME), nursing CPD, healthcare education, or adult learning.
- Knowledge of accredited CPD planning principles, educational design, assessment, and evaluation.
- Strong organizational, project management, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and subject matter experts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online learning or content management platforms.
