About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play
  • Set up engaging play spaces and maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm to ensure they feel welcome and included
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively as a team player and take leadership when required

Requirements

  • Passion for working with children
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Ability to manage groups and run activities
  • Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education policy
  • Ability to provide two references and undergo a DBS check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work
