Activity Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and develop activities that promote social community, movement, culture, and well-being
• Work closely with care staff, relatives, and external actors to create a stimulating daily life
• Organize music sessions, walks, gymnastics, and movement activities
• Lead reading groups, conversation groups, and creative activities like crafts and painting
• Coordinate holiday celebrations, themed days, and collaborations with associations and schools

Requirements

• Education in care and nursing or equivalent
• Experience working with the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Positive, proactive, and engaged personality
• Ability to build relationships and foster participation
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills
