Activities Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the Activities team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Develop and coordinate engaging activities including VIK Club programs, beach games, crafts, trivia and resort experiences
• Create memorable experiences for children, families, groups and conference guests
• Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate Tipi builds and support unique event experiences
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, equipment, safety and presentation standards
• Maintain a strong focus on guest safety, risk management and WHS compliance
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the activity offering
• Build a positive team culture focused on energy, creativity and genuine hospitality

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, resorts, recreation, childcare, or education
• Experience creating or delivering activities for children and families
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive approach with a passion for outdoor and active environments
• Understanding of safety practices and guest wellbeing
• Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and varied hours
