About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor live Deal ID performance and delivery across DSPs, SSPs, and internal ad serving platforms
- Track key metrics including impressions, win rates, bid rates, spend, fill rate, and revenue performance
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues such as low win rates, targeting mismatches, and pricing conflicts
- Recommend configuration adjustments including deal priority, floor pricing, and inventory packages to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to coordinate programmatic demand and supply
- Build and maintain post-activation reporting dashboards to deliver insights on delivery trends and auction dynamics
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline troubleshooting workflows
- Develop and document standard operating procedures to improve process scalability and operational excellence
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising operations, digital advertising analytics, or technical ad operations
- Strong understanding of Deal IDs, PMP deals, programmatic guaranteed, and open auction dynamics
- Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSP, DSP, and ad server technologies
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker or similar BI dashboards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze auction data quickly
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues into clear explanations for stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in programmatic deal operations, yield management, or marketplace optimization
- Familiarity with CTV supply chain workflows and marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience using AI tools to build structured workflows or automate documentation tasks
