Action Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide Director's Action Group (DAG) support, including calendar management, executive communications, and travel coordination
• Oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking, and closure of all internal and external tasks via action tracking systems
• Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external correspondence and high-level presentations
• Support Customer Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions by analyzing, routing, and monitoring progress
• Manage records for directorate projects in accordance with Federal laws, regulations, and Customer Directives
• Coordinate and schedule support for engineering committees, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), and working groups
• Generate metrics and periodic reports to keep leadership informed of action status and deadlines

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• 10+ years of Government experience OR 5+ years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD)
• Demonstrated experience in federal acquisitions, DoD/IC budget and finance processes, or National Security policy
• Experience in systems engineering, project management, or program management
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives across multiple organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills for composing clear, concise responses
