Acting Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver exceptional, custom-fit customer experiences.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain high store visual standards to ensure the location always looks its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license.
