- Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards for store visual appearance and organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Cosmetology license.
