Acting Assistant Professor of Management

Responsibilities

• Teach business courses in the Management & Leadership and/or Human Resource Management undergraduate programs
• Teach Organizational Behavior at the graduate level
• Advise and mentor undergraduate students regarding academic progress and career preparation
• Engage in departmental, college, and university service activities
• Contribute to curriculum development and innovation, incorporating experiential learning and technology
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry professional networks
• Engage in scholarly research in management, organizational behavior, or related fields

Requirements

• ABD or PhD in Management, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching excellence and student engagement
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising students or mentoring emerging professionals in business and management
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology-enhanced learning
• Relevant professional experience in business and industry
