ACS Safety, Compliance and Operations Advocate (AMS)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe safety behaviors during aircraft arrival, departure, and GSE equipment operation
• Promote a 'just' safety culture and provide peer-to-peer coaching and recognition
• Conduct safety and quality audits, ensuring findings are reviewed and closed
• Validate compliance with regulations and provide recommendations for retraining or mentorship
• Oversee operational performance to ensure a safe, secure, and high-performing station
• Coordinate with station leadership to communicate safety findings and progress reports
• Ensure distinctive customer service is delivered through high levels of customer focus

Requirements

• Valid authorization to live and work in the European Union (including the Netherlands)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
• Proven experience in airport operations
• Ability to work with schedule flexibility, including varying shifts and "on call" requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and respect
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aviation industry with a focus on Below Wing processes
• Working knowledge of KLM and Delta systems and organizational structures
